Life Care Planning and Occupational Therapy<\/h2>\n

I create Life Care Plans<\/strong>, which in Canada are commonly referred to as Future Costs of Care Reports. Life care plans are frequently used in personal injury litigation, but they also serve a variety of other purposes, including insurance and structured settlements, medical malpractice, special or family trusts, eldercare, and estate planning.<\/p>\n

An individualized, methodologically rigorous, and defensible life care plan can empower individuals living with chronic health conditions, facilitating meaningful engagement in daily life while also addressing legal and insurance considerations.<\/p>\n
