Expert Witness Evidence

Future care costs often represent one of the largest components of an injured individual’s claim.  A methodologically rigorous, evidence-based, and defensible life care plan is essential for the successful litigation of complex or catastrophic cases. I have been retained by both plaintiff and defence counsel to provide expert evidence. I have been accepted as an expert witness for both occupational therapy and life care planning by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.

I also support attorneys in preparing for cross-examination of other experts.
